Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation

Meditation is proven to help college students in all these areas, students just need to have the opportunity to learn the skills. This 45 minute class will introduce students to basic meditations that can help manage stress, improve sleep and increase their sense of well-being. Each class will cover basic and non-traditional meditations. And provide education on how to translate them into mindfulness throughout the day.
Classes will take place on Wednesday , February 19, March 18, April 1 from 11:30 am – 12:20 pm in room A205 at the Welland Campus
