This new payment platform gives students better exchange rates with lower banking fees and students can monitor their payments online to know when their payment has been received by Niagara College.
Electronic Methods of Payment
Payment by International Bank Account or International Credit Card
Niagara College has partnered with CIBC to provide students with a faster, cheaper, and more secure way to pay study expenses. The International Student Pay Portal gives students better exchange rates with lower banking fees and students can monitor their payments online to know when their payment has been received by Niagara College.
By selecting this link, you will be connected into the International Student Pay Payment Portal, which provides access to many methods of payment, including Wire Transfer, MasterCard, Visa, Direct Debit (USA), China Union Pay, and AliPay & Wechat eWallets (China).
*In case of refund, if you have paid by the CIBC Payment Platform, your refund will be returned directly back to the account that was used at the time of payment.
Payment by Canadian Visa or Mastercard or Canadian Bank Account
Canadian Credit Card Payment
To pay by a Canadian Credit Card, you can either:

- Login to your MyNC student portal, navigate to the My Financials section within the Dashboard and select ‘Make a Payment’
*In case of refund, Niagara College does not have the authority to refund an authorized credit card purchase to someone other than the original cardholder. This is in line with industry standard and considered a best practice throughout the payment card industry.
Canadian Bank Account
Using your bank’s bill payment, select Niagara College or Niagara College Tuition as the bill payment then use your 7 digit student ID as the account number
Note: Do not select Niagara College Welland or Niagara College NOTL as these are used by the residence.

To access your invoice, please log into your MyNC, go to My Financials, and you will see “Print My Invoice” . Your invoice can be accessed there.
LATE TUITION/ANCILLARY FEE PAYMENT
Tuition fees are due by the due date indicated on your invoice. A late fee (penalty) of $150 will be applied to your account if the term fees are not received in full by the due date. Late payment fees are non-refundable.
If you are unable to make your payment by the required due date, please visit the International Student Accounts Office at your campus to discuss your account.
Please be advised of the following:
- International wire payments take 5-10 business days to be processed.
- Online payments within Canada (bill payments) take 2-3 business days to be processed.
Payments must be in your MyNC account by the due date. Failure to do so will make you subject to the late fee. Please pay in advance of the due date taking the processing time of your payment into consideration.
