At Niagara College, the withdrawal process is designed to ensure international students are fully informed and supported.

As an international student, withdrawing from your program is an important decision with potential implications for your studies, immigration status, and finances. The withdrawal process at Niagara College exists to protect you from unintended consequences by providing structured support and comprehensive information, empowering you to make informed choices that align with your long-term educational aspirations.

We understand that life circumstances can change unexpectedly, but rushing into withdrawal without full awareness may jeopardize your student permit, your eligibility for refunds, or your return to your studies. By requiring thoughtful reflection and expert guidance, Niagara College aims to help you explore alternatives that can help you continue progressing toward your goals.

Important note: Submitting the withdrawal request form does not guarantee that your withdrawal will be processed until it has been approved. In some situations, students may need to provide additional documentation or attend a meeting to finalize their withdrawal. If the entire process is not completed, the request will be considered void.
