HWAS Presents: Workshop Series: Mindful Movement

Make time for you! Take an opportunity to connect with yourself and tune into your needs through light yoga movement, breathwork, and meditation.
This workshop series is for all bodies, all genders, all abilities, and all levels of yoga experience. Though sign up is required, there is no commitment to attend all 4 classes. This series is being led by Jamie Consoli, Indigenous Counsellor and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200). She strives to create a space that is anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and accessible, while honouring community over competition.
