Please note that new students are required to be in Canada and on campus to attend Orientation and Placement Testing, which take place 1 to 3 days prior to the start of each session, as well as the first day of classes.

All fees need to be paid by the due dates listed on your Letter of Acceptance.
- Notice of change of fees: All fees are subjected to change every academic year. If your program is scheduled to continue in the next academic year, please check for your future fees with the International office.
- The fees indicated on your Letter of Acceptance for visa purposes were estimated. Please refer to the actual tuition fees noted on the final invoice.

*EAP Bursary eligibility: All international students who are enrolled as a full-time student in the four-month offering ($1,500), or the two-month offering ($750). No form submission is required to receive this bursary/scholarship. All actively enrolled eligible students after Day 10 of term start will receive the bursary onto their student account.
**Mandatory if in Canada – opt-out option available for students studying outside of Canada.

Withdrawal and Refund Information
- Review your terms Registration Guide and Important Dates
- Approximately one month prior to term start, you will be eligible to Select Your Timetable if all outstanding conditions for your program are fulfilled, you have made payment to Niagara College as per the amount listed in your Letter of Acceptance or Final Invoice, and presented Niagara College with a copy of your approved study permit. NOTE: registration guides are updated approximately 2 months prior to each term start, and will indicate the specific date that timetable selection begins.
- Please note that you are still required to provide proof that you have a valid study permit to study in Canada six (6) weeks prior to the start of your program. Late submission of your study permit approval may impact your ability to register and is subjected to program availability.

- We recommend that you arrive in Canada no earlier than 2-3 weeks (unless otherwise indicated in your LOA) prior to the start of your classes.
Should you decide to come to Canada earlier than the 2 to 3 weeks suggested (unless otherwise indicated in your LOA), it will be at your own risk and expense as Canada Border Services (CBSA) controls entry into Canada and have made it clear that you should not be arriving too early for start of classes.
