Admission to a Post-Secondary Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or Graduate Certificate Program
Early Admission Criteria
Applicants that qualify for Early Admission are prioritized for admission to academic programs (subject to program capacity). In cases where program capacity has already been met, qualifying applicants will be placed on a limited waitlist and considered a priority for admission as capacity becomes available. To qualify for Early Admission, applicants must meet the following minimum Early Admission Criteria.

Post-Secondary Diploma/Certificate Programs

English Proficiency Requirements |
- TOEFL iBT (including Special Home Edition Test) – Minimum score of 79 with a minimum of 20 in writing and 20 in speaking, OR
- IELTS (including Indicator Test) - Minimum score of 6.0, with no individual band score under 6.0, OR
- CAEL score of 60 with no individual band score under 55, OR
- PTE - Overall score of 46+ with no skill under 46, OR
- Duolingo – Overall score 105+ with no skill under 105, OR
- Cambridge English Exams (B2 First/FCE, C1 Advanced/CAE or C2 Proficiency/CPE) – Minimum score of 169, with no skill below 162

Scanned original copy along and/or notarized English translated copies of the following:
- Proof of graduation from a secondary institution
- Proof of academic transcripts from a secondary institution
National Secondary School Board 10 +2 Diploma
- 10+2 English (60%)
- All required courses (50%)
(Some state boards may be considered equivalent to the National Board)
Or
State Secondary School Board Diploma
- 10+2 English (65%)
- All required courses (55%)
Or
State Technical Education Board
- 10 + 3 English (70%)
- All required courses (65%)

Other Requirements |
Minimum grade requirements may vary for some programs. Subject to competition, applicants may be required to present averages/grades above the minimum.
Some programs may have additional requirements such as pre-admission testing, submission of a portfolio (cover letter, curriculum vitae (CV), professional reference letters). Please refer to the program website for details |
