Toronto Trip

Join us for a wonderful fall day in Toronto.

Option 1: Free time in Toronto.

Our bus will drop you off at Nathan Phillips Square in the the heart of downtown Toronto and pick you up at the end of the day.

Cost: EAP Students – included in tuition

Post-secondary & Graduate students – $25 for the bus

All Guests – $25 for the bus

Spend the day sightseeing on your own (you will be dropped off at Nathan Philips Square, which is close to the Eaton’s Centre). You will meet the bus back at Nathan Philips Square at 5:45pm. The bus leaves at 6:00pm, sharp!

Skating is an optional activity that you will be paying for on your own at Nathan Phillips Square in Toronto. Skating is free if you bring your own skates or $10 for two hours if you rent ice skates. Don’t forget to bring a piece of government identification (driver’s license, passport – but not a student card!) if you want to rent skates.

skatingOption 2: Art Gallery of Ontario

The Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO)  is an art museum in TorontoOntarioCanada. Its collection includes more than 80,000 works spanning the first century to the present day. The gallery has 45,000 square metres (480,000 sq ft) of physical space, making it one of the largest galleries in North America. Significant collections include the largest collection of Canadian art, an expansive body of works from the Renaissance and the Baroque eras, European art, African and Oceanic art, and a modern and contemporary collection. The photography collection is a large part of the collection, as well as an extensive drawing and prints collection. The museum contains many significant sculptures, such as in the Henry Moore sculpture centre, and represents other forms of art like historic objects, miniatures, frames, books and medieval illuminations, film and video art, graphic art, installations, architecture, and ship models. During the AGO’s history, it has hosted and organized some of the world’s most renowned and significant exhibitions, and continues to do so, to this day.

Our bus will drop you at the AGO – you can spend a few hours there or all day!

Guests – $35 ($10 for AGO and $25 for bus)

Registration and payment deadline – Thursday, December 1st at 3:00 pm.

Bus Pick-up Times
~ Welland Campus: Arrive at the Athletic Centre entrance by 8:45 am to check in. The bus WILL LEAVE 9:00 am
~ Daniel J. Patterson Campus @Niagara-on-the-Lake : Arrive at the front entrance by 9:15 am to check in. The bus WILL LEAVE 9:30 am.
~ Niagara Falls- Morrison/Dorchester Hub: Arrive at the front entrance by 9:15 am to check in. The bus WILL LEAVE 9:30 am

~ St. Catharines Downtown Bus Terminal: Arrive at the bus terminal by 9:30 am to check in. The bus WILL LEAVE 9:45 am.

We will leave Toronto from Nathan Phillips Square at 6:00 pm.

    This is trip is included in tuition for international English for Academic Preparation students. The cost for Post-secondary & Graduate students is $25 per person.
    Each guest is $25
    Please note that your guest must pick the same option as you. Each ticket for the AGO is $10.
  • If you are unable to attend this activity, you must notify the International Student Engagement Coordinator by email at [email protected] before Thursday, December 1st at 3:00 pm. , NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER THIS DATE.
