The [email protected] program is designed to build and enhance resilience in students.
At the heart of [email protected] is the Five Factor Model of Resilience comprising gratitude, optimism, self-compassion, and grit, with mindfulness at the very core. Along with the Thriving Strategy each week, we will be covering a Learning Strategy – see the details below for the outline of topics. Our goal is to help students thrive, both academically and personally.
- When: Tuesdays from January 24 – February 21, 9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
