Want to do something good for your mental and physical health? Join us for Mood Walks! Research findings suggest that natural settings such as parks, wilderness areas, urban green spaces and gardens may be just what the doctor ordered to improve both physical and mental health
Mood Walks will be running at the Welland Campus every Wednesday at 10:30 to 11:20 am. They will leave from the Applied Health main entrance.
Mood Walks will be running at the Niagara-on-the-lake Campus every Wednesday from 1:30 – 2:20 pm. They will leave from the Information Centre.
