keep.meSAFE is pleased to share with you a new free mental health support called the Community Connection.REGISTER HERE Community Connection Group Dates:The Community Connection serves as a safe space for individuals to speak openly, check-in with each other, and share their own experiences about how they are impacted by the events in their communities and the world around them. Wherever you are, you have access to support to regain power over your mental health. The various specialized Community Connection groups run for 8 weeks and are free and open to all. The only requirement is that you register for the support group you wish to attend. This allows us to ensure that there are no more than 20 people per community group, and that participants will have access to a safe, confidential service. When do I need to register for a support group? Spaces are first-come, first-served to maintain a maximum of 20 people per group.
