International students who officially withdraw from an English as a Second Language program within the first 10 days are eligible for a partial refund of tuition fees. Eligible students will receive a refund in the amount of all course fees paid, less a withdrawl fee of $500.cdn. Students who don't get their visas approved will receive a refund of all fees paid less $250.cdn.

There is an additional fee for all co-op programs. Co-op fees are approximately $450 Cdn. each co-op term and are charged per academic semester. (Approximately $225 Cdn. each semester). Material fees vary by program. Material fees can range from $0 to $800 Cdn. each semester. The Airport pick up fee is $100 Cdn. per person. AIRPORT PICK UP FORM
