English as a Second Language Withdraw / Refund Policy

International students who officially withdraw from an English as a Second Language program within the first 10 days are eligible for a partial refund of tuition fees. Eligible students will receive a refund in the amount of all course fees paid, less a withdrawal fee. Students who don't get their visas approved will receive a refund of all fees paid less $250 CDN. Students who fail to officially withdraw within the first 10 days are not eligible for a refund.

Regular College Program Withdraw / Refund Policy

International students who officially withdraw from a post secondary program within the first 10 days are eligible for a partial refund of tuition fees. Eligible students whose visas have been approved will receive a refund in the amount of all course fees paid for future semesters, less a withdrawal fee and non-refundable deposit(s) for each program applied to. Tuition fees are not transferrable to other institutions. Students who don't get their visas approved will receive a refund of all fees paid less $250.cdn. Students who fail to withdraw within the first 10 days are not eligible for a refund.

The withdraw fee is calculated based on the following formula:
International Tuition Fee ÷ Domestic Fee x 100
